Where are we?

Driving Instructions from Orlando Airport

Exit the Orlando Airport following signs for the North Exit.

Follow the signs for Hwy 528 (Bee Line Expressway) West (Toll Road).

Take Hwy 528 West. There are two tolls to pay, $0.75 each.

Hwy 528 will merge into the I-4, follow signs West towards Disney/Tampa.

Take Exit 64B onto Hwy 192 West (This is the same Exit as for the Magic Kingdom).

Drive West on Hwy 192 until it ends at Hwy 27. Take the North turn off, direction Clermont.

Orange Tree is on the East side of Hwy 27, 2.5 miles North of Hwy 192.

You will pass these buildings and entrances in the following order, before you turn in at the Orange Tree Entrance Tower. Walgreens, CVS, Thousand Trails, Eagle Ridge, Citrus Highlands and lastly R&R Fruit (unlit).

The New Super Walmart is located at the first traffic lights, on the East side of Hwy 27 , 0.5 miles North of Hwy 192.

Locating Sunnyside Up Villa inside Orange Tree

There are two entrances into Orange Tree, both from Hwy 27.

We advise you first use the south entrance which features a tower. From here follow Holy Grove Blvd around in a long sweeping left hand curve. When the football field and tennis court pass on your left hand side, you are just over half way to the two Blossom Hill Loop turnoffs. Blossom Hill Loop will be on your right hand side.

If you use the north entrance, you are much closer to the villa. From the entrance follow Holy Grove Blvd until the tot lot is on your right hand side. Stop and make a left turn into Blossom Hill Loop. This is the first turn after Robin Hill Loop.

Once in Blossom Hill Loop, follow the road around until you reach the corner. Look for 16037 above the garage. Sunnyside Up has a red front door and red painted porch. Park infront of the garage.
