It has 5 bedrooms, 2 master suites, 1 queen room & 2 twin bedrooms. |

What do we do if we have a late flight? TOP
Our villa is equipped with a key safe. when you arrive you can go directly to the villa. With your confirmation letter, you are given directions to the villa and instructions for the key safe. You do not have to go to a separate location for check-in. |

How much does it cost to heat the pool and spa? TOP
The pool and spa heating is charged at $25 per day. Spa heating is $10 per day. |

Is there air conditioning in the villa? TOP
Yes, the villa is fully air conditioned. |

Is there a supermarket near the villa? TOP
A new Super Walmart opened in 2005 just 5 minutes away. |

Will I have to pay tax extra? TOP
No, the rates quoted at anytime already include 11% state tax. |

Do you provide a cot and high chair? TOP
Yes, a cot and high chair are part of the inventory of the villa. The cot has a fitted sheet, please bring your own infant blanket. |

What time is check out? TOP
We kindly request guests to vacate the villa by 11am on the day of departure, to allow time for cleaning. |

Will I have to pay for cleaning the villa? TOP
Reservations of less than five nights require a cleaning fee of $85/£50. For bookings more than the five nights cleaning is free, unless you want an extra cleaning during your vactation. |

If you would like to book the villa, go to the Availability page and fill out the on-line booking form. |

How many TV/DVDs are there? TOP
There is one TV/DVD in the Great Room, and one in each of the 5 bedrooms. |

Moneys are refunded in line with our cancelation policy, in our terms and conditions. |

Yes, we offer a discount on stays of more than 14 nights. |

Check in to the villa is after 4pm on the date of arrival. |

You can reach our on-site property managers 24hrs a day. |

What does the villa come equipped with? TOP
The villa is fully equipped with towels, linen, dishes, eating & cooking utensils, washer/dryer, microwave, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, and all house ware items. Pool towels are also provided ( only to be used at the villa). |

How far is the villa from the tennis court and play area? TOP
The nearest tot lot is 250 yards, and the tennis and basketball courts are 600 yards away. There is parking by the tennis court. |

What is the rate of exchange $/£ ? When does it change? TOP
All rates are set in US$. The $/£ exchange rate is updated regularly to give the rates in £. Once a Rental Confirmation has been issued in £, the rate will be fixed for that Rental Period. |

Can we have a Welcome Pack on arrival? TOP
Yes. We suggest bread, milk, coffee etc. and are able to customise a Welcome Pack as required, via our local Management Company. |

Is the Internet access wireless in the villa? TOP
As from August 2006, Internet access is Wireless Broadband, making it possible to catch up on email even sitting by the pool. Just bring your own laptop. |
