We want you to enjoy our villa and we have added every convenience that you would expect from a top class villa. The furnishings are all of the highest quality giving you a luxurious environment for your vacation. Cable TV and DVD players are in all bedrooms. We also provide a selection of films for you. As you would expect, the villa is fitted with full air conditioning and central heating, and new for 2006 High Speed Wireless Internet Access has been added, just bring your own laptop.

Great Room
The Great Room boasts cathedral ceilings, a spacious living area and includes a sleeper sofa. It is equipped with cable TV, DVD and music system. Next to the TV is a library for all ages to browse through. Also this room leads directly to the pool area. Step into the sunshine.

Dinning Room
Join your family and friends at our dining table which seats eight comfortably.

Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is a bright and spacious area to prepare meals in. It comes complete with everything, no stone has been left unturned to make this area of our home as convenient as possible. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, opposite to the kitchen.

Breakfast Nook
Start your day with a leisurely breakfast, or grab a quick snack in the nook.

Master Bedroom 1
When the time comes to retire, relax in the rich warm tones of this King bedded Master Suite. Additional features include ceiling fan, telephone, clock radio, hairdryer and cable TV/DVD for private entertainment when you want to get away from it all.

Master Bathroom 1
The Master En-Suite features a garden tub, separate walk in shower, twin vanity sinks and a walk in closet with a safe for your valuables. This En-Suite has direct access to the pool.

Master Bedroom 2
Relish in the plush surroundings of the second Master Suite. This also has a King size bed with ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD, clock radio, telephone and hairdryer.

Master Bathroom 2
This En-Suite has a tub/shower combo and vanity units. This En-Suite also has direct access to the pool.

Queen Room
The third bedroom is richly furnished with a queen sized bed. It is equipped with a celing fan, TV/DVD, clock radio and a large closet.

Bathroom 4
The third bathroom is adjacent to the Queen room. It has a tub/shower combo and a vanity unit.

Twin Bedroom1
The first Twin Room welcomes children and adults alike with a classic American Mickey Mouse style. There is even a Mickey TV and DVD.

Bathroom 3
To appeal to children of all ages, we have carried through the Mickey Mouse theme to this bathroom. It ajoins both the Twin rooms, and is also easily accessed from the Great Room.

Twin Bedroom 2
The second Twin Room is refreshingly bright. It is equipped with TV/DVD and a Play Station 2 with a selection of games.

Pool Lanai
Take your meal Al Fresco under the covered lanai. Children have a separate table and chairs. In the evening sit back and enjoy the sunset with a glass or two of wine, while your food gently cooks on the BBQ.

Pool
The pool enjoys all day sun. Perfect after a hard day, and has an expansive deck for sun worshippers. It is fully screened to keep out the bugs and let in the Florida sun.

Spa
The 4/6 person spa can double as a toddlers pool.

Games Room
The double garage has been converted into a games room. It contains a slate bed Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Tennis rackets (to be used on the free courts), Badminton net & rackets, Volleyball and various board games.

Exterior
Beyond the lanai is a large lawned garden, surrounding the villa which is routinely maintained by professional gardeners.

To the front of the villa, there are beautiful indigenous plants and a triple Christmas palm. There is also off road parking for several cars.
